🧑🏫Jury System
Jury members in the Triton ecosystem are full-fledged participants of the platform. They take part in competitions as independent experts, provide professional evaluations of performances, and receive rewards for their work. This model ensures strong jury engagement, accountability for evaluation decisions, and the sustainable operation of the platform’s assessment system.
Triton uses an automated system for jury selection and assignment. Judges are randomly assigned to competitions and do not have prior knowledge of which specific competition they will evaluate. Jury members are also not informed about the identity of other judges assigned to the same competition, eliminating any possibility of coordination or mutual influence.
This system prevents any form of pre-arranged interaction between participants and jury members and eliminates conflicts of interest, including the evaluation of personal students. The Triton team strictly oversees the jury assignment and evaluation process, ensuring transparency, impartiality, and the integrity of competition results.
Evaluations are conducted by a decentralized council of verified experts. Each jury member is a professional holding a unique Jury NFT. This token provides exclusive technical access to the platform: without the Jury NFT in their wallet, participating in the evaluation process is technically impossible. This ensures that only authorized experts can take part in judging.
Information about jury members will be published on the Triton website in due course. Triton is currently conducting an active recruitment process for jury members and applies a rigorous selection procedure. All judges are carefully vetted and approved by the Triton team to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, expertise, and evaluation quality.
